Return & Exchanges:

Whiz Wear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of your order. In order to begin the return process, please email us at info@wearwhiz.com for instructions.

Please Note:
-Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
-Customer pays shipping on returns.
-We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please contact the customer service team within 30 days of purchase (include your order number, what item you ordered, and what item you received instead) we will look into this for you and make sure that you receive the correct item or a refund.

When returning your order, please make sure you include the following:

  • A note with the order number (this can be found on your invoice or order confirmation email)
  • Reason for returning the order

Exchange Policy:

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
